When I first came to Janee’, I had next to no self esteem, zero sense of reality, and was deeply broken. In fact, it was to a point that I had no idea what was actually going on in the deepest, most hidden parts of me. Janee’ gently gained my trust without even trying, just by being there and letting me be heard and cared for. Over our time together, she has helped me see who I am in Christ, my most important identity. She has helped me not just see reality and slow enter into it, but also embrace all of it, allowing for deep healing. She helps me not just see each broken part, but heal each part. She provides a safe, comfortable place for me to just be me, embrace myself, and learn skills to manage my day to day life. She’s been with me for every step of understanding what happened to me isn’t my fault, and I can absolutely heal. She’s been my therapist for years, and I’m so thankful!
