Jaedah Clark, LMSW

To the person who is used to holding it all together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside: I see you. I’m Jaedah, and I specialize in supporting adults navigating the exhausting cycle of “high-functioning” perfectionism, performance anxiety, and childhood trauma. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your authentic self, using active listening, reflection, and psychoeducation to help you make sense of your lived experiences. I believe that true healing often involves the brave process of unlearning patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you, and that process deserves both patience and deep intention.

I bring nearly a decade of experience to our work, with a professional background in community mental health, crisis response, university counseling, and private practice. My clinical lens has been deeply shaped by my training in African-centered social work and my involvement with the National Association of Black Social Workers. These foundations guide me in practicing from a place of love, cultural awareness, and accountability. I am particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with their intuition and finding peace in the middle of a high-pressure world.

At the core of my work is a commitment to transformative healing—reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that when we honor the broader context of our needs and histories, we can finally begin to heal in a way that feels sustainable. My hope is that through our work together, you build a deep sense of confidence in yourself while unlearning the “performance” of being okay, and instead, finding a version of yourself that feels grounded and whole.
