Dymond Williams-Banks, LLMSW
Hi! I’m Dymond and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and work with you one-on-one to guide you toward healing and growth.
Together, we can address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and a client-centered approach. My aim is to help you explore your experiences, find solutions, and develop effective coping skills.
My goal is to make therapy a positive and empowering experience where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll work together at your pace to tackle the challenges you’re facing and move toward the life you desire.”
